Remember those healthy protein pistachio ice cream and creamy chocolate banana ice cream I dropped a while back? You all went wild for it, and I get it. Creamy, rich, and secretly good-for-you... what’s not to love?
Well, meet their bold, berry-packed cousin: this Blueberry Ice Cream Remix. Same creamy base, same protein boost, but this time I went full fruit-forward with a blueberry twist that’s bright, tangy, and honestly kind of hypnotic in color.
It’s giving smoothie bowl energy meets ice cream truck nostalgia, and it’s exactly what I want after a workout, before bed, or as an “I’m an adult and can eat ice cream whenever I want” kind of snack.
Think of it as the sequel that actually slaps harder than the original.

Healthy, Protein-Packed Blueberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups full fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups frozen blue berries
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
Instructions:
Place ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a storage container with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving. If freezing overnight, transfer to the fridge for an hour to soften before scooping. Enjoy!
