High Protein Strawberry Ice Cream

You know the pistachio. You know the chocolate banana. So it’s only right we add strawberry to the mix.

This high protein strawberry ice cream is giving sunny patio vibes meets ice cream shop nostalgia—but make it high protein. When the days get longer and the cravings kick in, I want something cold, fruity, and fun. This strawberry situation is exactly that: light, creamy, and honestly? The color alone makes it taste better.

High Protein Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe


Ingredients

  • 3 cups full fat cottage cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries berries

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey


Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a storage container with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

  3. If freezing overnight, transfer to the fridge for an hour to soften before scooping. Enjoy!
