Whether it's comfort food or a show-stopping feast, my goal is to make you feel something special 

I’ve had the privilege of cooking for remarkable A-list celebrities, serving as Executive Chef in some of Vancouver's top restaurants, and competing on shows like MasterChef , Chopped, and Fire Masters, and winning Beat Bobby Flay.
 

But let me tell you—my journey into cooking wasn’t exactly planned. It started about two decades ago while I recovered from a tough snowboard crash and spent hours glued to episodes of Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay working their magic. One day, I decided to try it myself, and what started as a distraction became my therapy, my creative outlet, and ultimately, my life’s calling. Even now, I can’t believe how far this incredible ride has taken me.

Now, I focus on private cheffing, hosting bespoke events, and collaborating with brands to create food that’s bold, fun, and downright delicious. My style? It’s all about putting smiles on faces with dishes that pack a punch. Whether it’s my viral Cinnamon-Crumble-Crusted Banana Bread, a juicy smash burger, or elegant lobster and burrata cappellacci, I pour my heart into every bite. For me, food is about connection: bringing people together, sparking joy, and sharing a story.
